The Audi Magna Society Award is awarded to Audi franchise dealerships who rank among the most outstanding Audi retailers and stand out as top performers. To qualify, dealerships cannot just meet or exceed sales targets. The Magna Society designation requires dealers to excel both in the business objectives and customer service. They must also demonstrate they are maintaining a solid financial foundation, merit high customer satisfaction scores and show their facilities and staff represent the progressive Audi culture. The award considers a myriad of factors and ranks Audi dealers based on those criteria. The top-ranking dealers are awarded the Magna Society designation. To earn the award, Audi Lakeland has provided superlative customer service while still achieving strong overall business performance in 2021.
